[Even though it had been six years...Beato never forgotten Battler's promise. And because she believed in that promise, and that someday she would meet him again, she kept herself very much available. She wasn't entirely sure why he had disappeared so suddenly, though she had heard rumours. Either way, she knew she would see him again soon, every day that went by only brought her that much closer to the day Battler would show up again. So, every day she went to school, she thought 'maybe today'.

Today was no different. As she went to class, Beato kept an eye out for that familiar red hair, just in case.]

[ Just like Beato, Battler hadn't forgotten about her. The promise to marry her, as made as a half joke, may have faded, but he never once did forget about their time together. However, as Battler had left due to family circumstances, he trusted that as he had, Beato had moved on.

But now, here he was, back under Rudolf's roof and now back at the local school. As new students were introduced normally, he was introduced as well. He offers a wave and an easy going smile, joking along with the class.
